Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item to us. Please read our return policy below for more details.


Order Cancellations

Order processing time: 3–7 business days.
Orders can be canceled if the cancellation occurs before the shipping date and within the time frame stated on the website.
There is no fixed deadline for cancellation – cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.


Returns

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not show any damage.


Return Process

To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain a return address. Once you have received the address, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, the return is free of charge. If the reason for the return is not due to an error by pratinea.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
Please allow up to 14 days after receipt of your return for processing.
Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
